When the RMD meats business was identified as one that had potential, the owners purchased it with the intention of using it to deliver a solid return on their investment. They contacted the 36 craft team and a full brand and communication strategy was commissioned. Utilising the findings and strategic direction garnered from the strategies and research conducted, the team was able to plot the best course for the RMD meats brand.
The solutions provided included, a full rebrand, including logo, various corporate identity elements as well as a new look website. After a solid branded foundation was set, various communication activities were undertaken – Google Adwords, social media management, event sponsorship, flyers, targeted communication packs as well as the targeting of new markets all of which led to an increase in sales as well as market share.
