eDeaf were a business providing training and job placement for Deaf individuals. They commissioned the 36 craft team to help revolutionise their brand and business. After the crafting of a new brand essence, strategic intent message and brand strategy. The 36 craft team helped reposition the business as one of empowering social change, and aided in changing the perception of what was known about Deafness and the Deaf community through a partnered solutions approach.
The solutions provided included, both a brand and communications strategy, corporate profile, brand alignment, copywriting of various film scripts and blog articles, social media management, design and consultation for events as well as targeted communication packs to aid in placement of eDeaf students.
